A man has been convicted by an Essex County jury in the fatal hit-and-run of an elderly pedestrian.
Andre Snowden-Stegall, 23, of Newark, was found guilty of third-degree endangering an injured victim and fourth-degree assault by auto, the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office said in a statement on Tuesday.
