Columbia, Md. (DG) – Howard County police are investigating a deadly shooting connected to an illegal car rally in Columbia.
Officers were called to a parking garage on Alexander Bell Drive just before 5:30 Monday morning, where they found one adult man dead from a gunshot wound. Another man at the scene was taken to a hospital with injuries that are not considered life-threatening.
