LUBBOCK, Texas — The City of Lubbock advised that it will be performing emergency utility work at 34th Street from Milwaukee Avenue to Upland Avenue on Wednesday, April 29.
The work is expected to impact the westbound lane of 34th Street, starting at 9 a.m. The eastbound lane will remain open for one-way traffic down in the area.
