WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — A Missouri man was arraigned Tuesday in connection with a January homicide.
Donny Harris pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder.
He is accused of shooting and killing Julio Osborne, who was found shot to death on Jan. 26 outside a business near Wichita’s Old Town.
