SPOKANE, Wash. — Arbie Williams, convicted killer of Linda Strait, did not appear at another parole hearing earlier today, April 28.
Williams was sentenced to serve 20 years to life in prison for murdering Strait in 1982, but wasn’t convicted until two decades after the murder. He was already serving time for kidnapping and raping two eight-year-old girls when he was linked to Strait’s murder and rape through DNA recovered at the scene.
Williams pleaded guilty to murdering Strait and has been serving his sentence in the Twin Rivers Unit at Monroe Correctional Complex…
