NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — After conducting a damage survey, the National Weather Service confirmed an EF1 tornado landed in Davidson and Robertson counties during Tuesday’s severe weather event.
According to the National Weather Service, the tornado touched down along a ridgetop east of Strawberry Hill Road, leaving “swirl markings” in a farm field and snapping two rows of pine trees.

Officials said as the tornado moved, the circulation followed the southern edge of the valley along Browns Lake Road, which is where the most extensive damage occurred. Hundreds of trees reportedly snapped and uprooted, and approximately five barns and outbuildings west of Brown Lakes Road sustained damage.
The NWS added the tornado was on the ground from 2:28 a.m. to 2:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 28, with estimated peak winds of 95 mph, a path length of 1.29 miles, and a maximum width of 150 yards…
