NEW YORK CITY (PIX11) — A disabled Long Island Rail Road train stuck in the Amtrak East River tunnel was evacuated on Wednesday morning, according to the FDNY.
The train was reported to be down at around 6:20 a.m.

The MTA reported that earlier this morning, an NJ Transit train became stuck in one of Amtrak’s Penn Station tunnels and was removed.
The Long Island Rail Road train behind it, traveling from Jamaica to Penn Station, became stuck due to debris on the tracks. FDNY responded to the scene, and all passengers were safely removed, according to the MTA…
