You need to expand our roads and infrastructure first before you allow anymore development. Ocala was just listed as the number 1 city in the country for the fastest growth, without improving any roads, water and sewer services; not to mention our hospitals and schools.
We can’t support anymore people like it is. Maybe you should do something smart, and do what Fort Lauderdale has done for decades and have the developers pay impact fees for the roads and infrastructure where they develop…
