North Hills Country Club, located at 99 Station Avenue in Glenside (Springfield Township), is soon to be under new ownership, The Philadelphia Business Journal reported.
The club’s owner, Texas-based Invited Clubs—which also has the Pyramid Club in Philly and the Hartefeld National Golf Club in Avondale in its portfolio—will be acquired by Denver-based KSL Capital Partners for $2.6 billion.
“The reported deal would see Denver-based KSL become Invited’s owner for a second time. KSL previously bought Invited, then known as ClubCorp, for $1.8 billion in 2006 and then took the company public through an initial public offering in 2013”, The Journal wrote…
