Nevada Zero Fatalities, Lyft offer $5 discounted rides for Cinco de Mayo

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — If you’re heading out to celebrate Cinco de Mayo, Nevada’s Zero Fatalities program and Lyft want to make getting home easier and safer.

The partners are offering $5 off one Lyft ride to help people avoid driving impaired while celebrating across Las Vegas and Reno.

“One decision can change everything. So be sure to plan ahead,” said Zero Fatalities Program Manager Anita Pepper. “Cinco de Mayo is a time to celebrate, but it’s also a time to make smart choices. Whether it’s using a rideshare, designating a sober driver or planning another way home, we all share the responsibility of keeping our roads safe.”…
