One of the most prominent local restaurateur families has expanded its footprint once again with the purchase of a multimillion-dollar warehouse property that is just north of The Villages.
DG Wildwood Warehouse, LLC, purchased the industrial property located within the South Wildwood Industrial Park from Harpaul FL Realty for $2,450,000 on March 19.
State corporate cords show that DG Wildwood Warehouse is based in Lady Lake and is registered to the Suleiman family, the owners of multiple restaurants in the area.
