Durham School Services plans to close locations in Watervliet and Rochester, potentially costing 258 people their jobs by this summer.
The closure of the 2721 Second Ave. location in Watervliet will lead to a loss of 78 jobs, according to a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification that the transportation company filed with New York’s labor department.
