SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — The County of San Diego announced Wednesday that a potential tuberculosis (TB) exposure was reported at Sunset Elementary School in San Ysidro.
According to a press release, the potential exposure occurred between July 5, 2025, and Oct. 21, 2025. The school is located near Sunset Lane, off South Vista Avenue.
Health officials are reportedly working with the San Ysidro Elementary School District to notify family and staff about the potential exposure.
