DRIPPING SPRINGS, Texas (KXAN) – Construction is officially underway on a future Target store near Dripping Springs — a project that’s drawing both excitement and concern from residents as growth continues across Hays County.
While some neighbors welcome new shopping options closer to home, others say the development raises questions about water resources, tree preservation and how rapidly the Hill Country landscape is changing.
