COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) -Construction at Palmer High School is moving into its next phase as crews work to finish a new academic wing.
Project leaders say crews are about three weeks away from completing the exterior of the building, which is part of a larger, multi-year renovation at one of the city’s oldest high schools.
