Soul Tone Beer has launched in Pennsylvania as a collaboration between two Lehigh Valley regional brewers aiming to serve drinkers low alcohol beer with craft beer flavor.
The 2.5% ABV beers come from a partnership between Sly Fox Brewing Company in Pottstown and Pivo Nova Brewing, a Bethlehem-based beverage development company owned by the Kester family. The brands are launching with a West Coast-style IPA and a German-style pilsner.
