COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – According to RCSD, two men have been arrested after a man was found shot and killed in a vehicle.
The Richland County Sheriff’s Department (RCSD) said that Devante Walker, 27, and Leroy Mclamore, 29, are charged with murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
RCSD said deputies were called to a crash in the 3800 block of Humphrey Drive at about 10:20 p.m. Sunday, April 20. According to RCSD, a vehicle was found to have hit a tree.
