EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) — A familiar name on Franklin Street could soon have a new owner.
The building that houses the Copper House is now listed for sale at nearly $1,400,000. The more than 21-thousand-square-foot property includes a full restaurant setup, event space and even the liquor license.
The listing says the restaurant will stay open during the sale but a new owner could mean changes down the road for one of Evansville’s popular dining destinations…
