BBQ restaurant closes all locations, including here in central Pennsylvania

YORK, Pa. (WHTM) — A once-popular barbecue restaurant chain has closed all of its locations, which includes one here in the Midstate.

Earlier this week, on Monday, a spokesperson with FAT Brands, which acquired the BBQ restaurant chain called Smokey Bones in 2023, told Nexstar that all of the BBQ eatery’s locations would be ceasing operations.
