$10M renovation converts century-old Harrisburg high rise into apartments: Look inside

The first residents will move into a new 55+ living community in Harrisburg on Thursday.

The Exchange, a 50,000-square-foot, eight-story building at 112 Market St., has 39 apartments, with views from some of the units of the Susquehanna River, City Island, the Market Street Bridge, the Walnut Street Bridge and other bridges.
