A Jacksonville homeowner says her once-quiet neighborhood has been disrupted by frequent parties and loud events next door — and now city officials confirm the property is under investigation.
Michelle Wilson said she has lived in her home for more than a decade without issue. That changed late last year, when the property behind her house began hosting gatherings with amplified music, comedy shows and other events promoted online.
