LANSING — Two Clare County siblings were arraigned for allegedly committing transportation fraud in the Medicaid program on April 30 in East Lansing.
According to the Michigan Attorney General’s Office, Steven John Caplan, 31, and Kayla Marie Earls, 35, of Harrison appeared before Judge Lisa Babcock of the 54B District Court.
