NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) — Drone cameras may soon be in use in the city of Newport News, supporting police and fire response.
The city is planning to launch a Drones as First Responders (DFR)program this spring to support emergency responses, according to Gabrielle Torres Wolfe, spokesperson for the city of Newport News.
