WEST WARWICK, R.I. (WJAR) — The West Warwick Police Department said Thursday that the video of a person seen wearing a white robe with a pointed hood was part of an effort to “generate attention on social media and in the news.”
A video of the individual was captured at about 2 a.m. on Monday near the gazebo on Main Street.
