Five arrested in Auburn Boulevard homicide after pop-up party shooting, sheriff says

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Five people, including two juveniles, have been arrested in connection with a deadly shooting that occurred during a pop-up party on Auburn Boulevard in March, according to the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office.

The shooting happened just after midnight on March 15 in the 4400 block of Auburn Boulevard. North Patrol deputies responded to reports of gunfire and found a man and a woman inside a vehicle suffering from gunshot wounds.

Deputies provided emergency medical aid until fire personnel arrived. The male victim was taken to a hospital and is expected to survive. The female victim was pronounced dead at the scene…
