BRECKENRIDGE HILLS, Mo. – Police in Breckenridge Hills said a relentless investigation has led to a breakthrough in the killing of 31-year-old William Ramirez, bringing a measure of closure to his family.
Captain Randy Von Cloedt of the Breckenridge Hills Police Department said 18-year-old Tamon Johnson is accused of fatally shooting Ramirez outside his home.
