ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — One of Atlanta’s most wanted fugitives was arrested Thursday and accused of a 2023 murder, police said.
Dion’Tre Stover, 21, is accused of killing Lanel Singleton, 27, on June 4, 2023.
