HENRICO, Va. (WWBT) – For roughly eight years, a Henrico man has been living peacefully in his Glen Allen neighborhood.
“It has been safe and quiet,” the man told 12 On Your Side.
The man, who doesn’t want to reveal his identity for safety reasons, said this took a turn on Sunday night.
