ONONDAGA COUNTY N.Y. — Law enforcement officials are warning drivers and riders after reports of dangerous e-bike and dirt bike activity along Route 31 near Interstate 81 during evening rush hour.
Authorities say multiple teens were seen riding e-bikes and off-road vehicles in active traffic, including weaving between cars and performing stunts during peak travel times.
