A grand jury has indicted an Illinois man on a charge of grand theft after he allegedly failed to pay nearly $22,000 in tolls on the Ohio Turnpike.
Moath Musamih, 39, of Orland Park, Illinois, was indicted April 21 in Williams County Common Pleas Court. The indictment followed an investigation by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and the Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission.
