CLEVELAND — Matt Fish, the man behind Melt Bar and Grilled, has just announced his comeback to the restaurant industry with the opening of Proof Public House in Cleveland set for this June.
Described as “a punk rock-and-roll bar and restaurant with an unapologetic attitude,” Proof’s site shows the restaurant will be located at 4116 Lorain Ave.
Fish’s new restaurant will be located at the same address once home to Proof Barbeque, which closed earlier this year while citing “ongoing economic challenges and challenging circumstances.”…
