RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. — Authorities are warning drivers in the Dentsville area to use alternate routes due to a Friday afternoon closure of a major road that has been expanded, affecting an even greater area.
Columbia Water initially announced on Friday that Two Notch Road was closed from Parklane Road and Decker Boulevard to Oneil Court as crews work in the area. However, the water department has since extended the road closure further south to Roof Street and Two Notch Road.
