EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – Evansville Police Department officials say a man is in jail after officers found him nude in a fountain.
According to an affidavit, police were made aware of a man, later identified as Jeremy Casten, who got completed naked and jumped into a fountain between the Civic Center.
