Lalo’s Cafe is a hidden gem tucked into the State Street Plaza in Lemoyne, near the West Shore Farmers Market.
Open for just over a year, the cafe offers a wide variety of food: pancakes, French toast, waffles, omelets and Mexican street tacos.
