Pennsylvania man used fake checks to buy, sell designer dogs in Lancaster County

(WHTM)– A Pennsylvania man pleaded guilty to using fake checks and cash to purchase designer dogs and sell them for profit across central Pennsylvania, according to the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office.

The AG’s office said Issa Jalloh, 26, of Darby, pleaded guilty on Thursday in Lancaster County to corrupt organization and criminal conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking.
