The old Chinese restaurant at 205 S. Coastal Highway in downtown Port Wentworth may get a complete renovation to a mixed-use facility.
Massa Gaelle Fokou, who business records show owns Massa African Restaurant in Hinesville, has submitted an application for a variance for the building, which will be discussed with a public hearing at the Zoning Board of Appeals meeting on May 4.
