A crash overnight on I-75 near the Toledo Museum of Art exit forced the closure of the northbound lanes of the expressway well into the morning rush hour.
Kimberly F. Deyton, 58, of Burnsville, N.C., was northbound on I-75 when she lost control of the tractor-trailer she was driving and struck the concrete center barrier and then the Oakwood Avenue bridge, Toledo police said.
