CHICAGO (TNND) — A man accused of killing a Chicago officer — as well as seriously hurting another officer during a shooting at a hospital — is a repeater offender with a long criminal history, according to authorities.
Records with the Illinois Department of Corrections show Alphanso Talley, 26, was arrested on multiple charges in connection to the death of Officer John Bartholomew.
