A Kaukauna woman is facing her 4th OWI charge.
Wisconsin State Patrol says a trooper pulled over 40-year-old Cassidy E. Bybee after observing a Chrysler sedan tailgating another vehicle on Interstate 41 south, near Jackson Street in Oshkosh.
After passing the other vehicle, WSP says Bybee accelerated to speeds over 95 mph and didn’t have registration displayed on her vehicle…
