There is arguably no more coveted prospect out there right now than Jalen Brewster. Hailing from Cedar Hill, TX, Brewster is a 5-star defensive line prospect who is ranked as the No. 1 overall player in the 2027 recruiting class according to 247Sports Composite Rankings.
The highly-touted recruit committed to Texas Tech last October, but he is keeping all of his options open. The Red Raiders made an offensive line coaching change over the offseason, which seems to have prompted Brewster to explore other options.
