WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – The Wichita Police Department has made an arrest in connection with a shooting on April 11 that critically injured three people.
On Tuesday, investigators presented the case to the Sedgwick County District Attorney. 26-year-old Devonte Parker from Wichita was charged with discharge at an occupied residence resulting in great bodily harm, discharge at an occupied vehicle, aggravated assault and three counts of aggravated battery.
