LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada celebrated 85 years of serving the community with a big meal on Thursday.
The special “Feed Vegas” community celebration served up free meals of Chicken Cordon Bleu, Potato Au Gratin, Normandy vegetables and peach cobbler.
April was also National Volunteer Month, and Catholic Charities used the month to host its Feed Vegas campaign to raise donations for food programs and connect residents to volunteer opportunities…
