NORTH CAROLINA — Thousands of residents across North Carolina are currently without electricity Saturday morning, according to the latest data from PowerOutage.us.
As of the most recent update, about 4,619 homes and businesses are without power statewide, representing roughly 0.08% of the nearly 5.9 million customers tracked. The state ranks third in the nation for total outages and fifth for the percentage of customers affected.
