The Lancaster County Coroner’s Office on Saturday responded to a Sheetz in East Lampeter Township after a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle, dispatchers said.
The incident happened around 1 p.m. in parking lot of the Sheetz on the 2400 block of Old Philadelphia Pike.
