JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – Thirty-nine years ago today, the gates opened for the first Jubilee!JAM in downtown Jackson.
The arts and music festival started small, but over the years, it grew, eventually featuring multiple stages, numerous food vendors, and some of the biggest names in music.
