SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – Marshall police have made arrests in two separate incidents this week, including a shooting on Martin Luther King Boulevard and an investigation involving reported threats at Wiley University.
Police said Shakira Brazzell is in custody after she allegedly shot a man on MLK Boulevard. The victim was found and is expected to be OK.
Investigators said the shooting stemmed from an incident the night before; Brazzell reportedly left the scene but later turned herself in. She has been charged with aggravated assault with a weapon and could face additional charges…
