Baron’s Inn at 701 S. Mobile St., off Scenic Highway 98 in downtown Fairhope, was purchased for $5.4 million and the buyers plan to renovate it as a new inn called Little Point Scenic Inn, according to Realtors.
Wise Living Real Estate in Fairhope represented the buyers and the sellers in the transaction.
Across from Mobile Bay, the 24-unit hotel was once the Magnolia Inn and includes three residential houses and three commercial lots. The new owners plan to open the new inn in early 2027…
