MONONA, Wis. — Two teens were arrested following a high-speed chase that started in Madison and ended in Monona early Saturday. At least one person remains at large regarding this incident.
Madison police initially observed two vehicles traveling southbound on U.S. Highway 51 from Cottage Grove Road at high speeds without their headlights before 3 a.m.
