CLEVELAND (WJW) — The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information leading to the capture of Ashaad Carlisle.
Carlisle is suspected in the shooting death of 33-year-old Richard Staats on April 19, 2026, in Canton.

He is wanted by the Canton Police Department and United States Marshals Service for aggravated murder and discharging a firearm on or near a prohibited premises, according to a Monday news release.
Carlisle is approximately 6 feet 1 inch tall and weigs about 210 pounds.

He is known to frequent the Cleveland and Canton areas.
