Dallas, North Carolina-based Southeast Recycling Group (SRG) has announced two transactions that will increase its metals recycling footprint in North and South Carolina.
The company, led by Steven Siegel and others with previous experience in the metals recycling industry, says it has arranged to acquire the assets of NuCycle LLC, a South Carolina company with two locations in a transaction it expects to be final by the end of May.
